CLUB TIES BUSINESS WITH SCHOOL SPIRIT

The Business Club was created last year with the intention of providing NAC students the opportunity to increase their knowledge of the business world and its practices and hopefully instill a sense of pride for their school and community. Our main focus this year is fundraising for two very worthwhile projects: a School Store and a Hall of Fame.

On a business aspect our goal is to build a School Store where NAC students could gain valuable real-life experience. The students would do all of the aspects of maintaining the school store through ordering, marketing, customer service, managing, and the general bookkeeping.

As a Business Club we feel it is important to support our community as local businesses support their communities. In this effort we would like to help recognize those individuals who have contributed to the sports at NAC through coaching or participation. So we are currently fundraising for plaques and display cases for our upcoming Hall of Fame in June 2007.
