We are aware of some glitches in the automated online scheduling system which may mistakenly show your appointment in an alternate time zone. Please check that your confirmed appointment time is in Eastern Standard Time (EST). It is displaying correctly in teachers' calendars, but may appear differently in your confirmation email. If you are unsure of your time, please email your child’s teacher to confirm.
