Come dressed and ready to face the colors at EDP Renewables 1st Annual Color Run/Walk to support the Northern Adirondack FFA chapter. A local food truck will be on-site along with multiple color and beverage stations throughout the course. There will be music and photo props at the finish line for family pictures and entertainment. Come and join us for some color fun on October 12th @11am located at the EDP Office 11 Marble Way, Churubusco, NY 12923.” $15 each participant. Attention Girls Soccer Players!
At this time, there are not enough girls signed up to field a JV team, therefore there will only be a modified and varsity team. If you are in grades 9-12 (and any 7th & 8th graders who have already been contacted by Coach Seguin) the first varsity practice will be today, August 26 from 3:00 - 5:30 pm. THIS WILL BE A TRYOUT. All girls in grades 7,9 and 11 please be ready to take the impact test with Coach Phillips at 3:00 pm. Parents of 7th-10th graders, please plan for a quick meeting with the coaches at 5:30 pm. Thank you.
Student athletes participating in BOYS Modified, JV, or Varsity Soccer- Practices will start August 26th
Practices for both BOYS JV and Varsity Soccer players will start at 7:00 am and go to 10:00 am, Monday, August 26th.
Practice for BOYS Modified soccer players will begin at 10:00 am and go to 12:00 pm Monday, August 26th.
Before any student athlete begins practice they must be cleared by the health office here at NAC. Student athletes entering 7th, 9th, and 11th grade are required to complete ImPact testing at school, on August 22 at 9:00am, with Coach Pombrio and Coach Spear. If for some reason these students’ athletes cannot make this testing time they should reach out to Coach Spear before August 22nd.
Attention Volleyball players:
BOTH JV and Varsity practices will begin on Monday August 26th from 3-6pm. If you have not signed up yet and are not cleared by the nurse, please do so asap.
Attention parents of VARSITY Girls soccer players:
Coach Sequin plans to have his first practice on Monday August 26th from 3-5:30 pm. If you are not signed up and cleared by the nurse yet, please make sure you do that asap.
