1,500 eggs were collected in record time on Saturday during Builders and Key Club's Easter Egg Hunt. Due to the cold weather temperatures, we were fortunate to be able to move it inside. The middle school gym, high school gym, and cafeteria were the ideal spots for the different age groups to fill their Easter baskets. Thank you to everyone who came out!

Egg-citing update — IMPORTANT CHANGE! 🐰🥚

NACS Builders Club & Key Club’s 9th ANNUAL Easter Egg Hunt and Bottle Drive is still happening Saturday, March 28 — but due to cold weather, we’re moving lineup and hunts indoors:

• Toddlers & Preschoolers — Middle School Gym, 11:00 AM
• Grades K–2 — High School Gym, 11:10 AM
• Grades 3–5 — M/HS Cafeteria, 11:20 AM

Please BRING YOUR OWN EASTER BASKETS. Hunts begin promptly at the listed times. Park in front of M/HS or by the tennis courts and enter the back door near the tennis courts. Line up following cones inside M/HS (see posted locations). Bottle Drive supports Builders Club & Key Club — drop bottles at the custodial overhead door in the M/HS back parking lot.

Builders Club Week was a success! We showed appreciation for faculty and staff with treats, performed a Random Act of Kindness by giving M/HS students, faculty, and staff inspirational pencils, teamed up with Key Club to fill eggs for our upcoming Easter egg hunt, and proudly wore our club shirts and pins. We’re currently collecting new or gently used stuffed animals and books for district preschoolers. Please drop these off in the bin in the M/HS main lobby by March 28.

Attention: The NY Give FFA Day is this Thursday, February 26, 2026. Did you know NY has 200+ FFA chapters and 73,000 members? When chapters join outreach for Give FFA Day, we reach more supporters — and that means more funds to help members attend the National FFA Convention, the Big E, and keep State Convention costs low. Funds raised by the New York FFA Foundation directly support members. Every donor and every dollar makes a meaningful difference. https://giveffaday.ffa.org/campaigns/new-york-ffa

Celebrating the power of one: this week our faculty recognized students who made meaningful contributions to our school community — through perseverance, leadership, respect, peer support, and a positive mindset. Each quarter, staff nominate a student who exemplifies these values; here are a few of this quarter’s honorees. Congratulations to these young leaders for demonstrating that individual actions drive community impact.
