🚍 Important Reminder for MS/HS Parents and Guardians: In light of our current busing situation, we are continuing the rotation of class periods in our Middle/High School to ensure that students miss minimal instruction time in each class. Starting the week of May 28, the first four periods will run in the following order: 1, 2 ,3 and 4. We appreciate your ongoing patience and understanding as we adapt to these logistical challenges. The Spring Sports Banquet and All Seasons Senior Recognition is a cherished event that brings together the community to celebrate the achievements and dedication of student-athletes. This gathering not only highlights the accomplishments of those participating in spring sports but also honors seniors who have contributed across all athletic seasons during their high school careers. Important Reminder for Parents of Middle and High School Students If you drop off or pick up your child before or after school, we kindly ask that you do not park in the student parking area. Student parking is very limited, and each student has an assigned spot. When a parent parks in a student’s designated space, it causes a chain reaction—forcing students to park in spots not assigned to them, which leads to unnecessary confusion and congestion. To help keep our parking areas safe and organized, please refer to the map provided and use only the lots labeled “B” for parent parking. The spots labeled “A” are reserved for student drivers only. Builders Club and Key Club are collecting donations for Relay for Life Team Blondorosa now through May 21st in the Middle/High School. The grade level (6-12) that collects the most will be rewarded with a cookie party. Donations will also be accepted the night of the Spring Concert and Art Show, Tuesday, May 20th from 5-6 pm. All students are expected to attend. 🗓️ Monday, June 16th is the LAST regular school day for grades 7-12. ➡️ After June 16th, students in grades 7-12 will ONLY need to come to school for scheduled test review sessions, proficiency, competency, or Regents exams. 🗓️ 6th grade students are expected to attend school until Friday, June 27th. 📢 Important Info for Parents of Prom Attendees! 📢 Just a friendly reminder for students planning to attend Prom on Saturday, May 17th: 🗓️ On Wednesday, May 14th, we will be reviewing our "2 or more failures" list for the past five weeks. Any student on this list will unfortunately not be eligible to attend Prom. 🗓️ Students must also be present for the entire school day on Friday, May 16th, to be able to attend Prom. The only exception to this attendance requirement is a doctor's note for any absence. Please ensure your student is aware of these requirements. We're looking forward to a fantastic Prom night! ✨

Attention 8th grade parents and guardians: We will be conducting our Science state testing on Tuesday, May 13. It is always helpful if your child can get a good night's sleep before these exams. Please remember these exams are not timed, nor do they count for or against your child's average. These exams are merely a tool to assess where our students, as a whole, compare to their cohort across the state. If you are refusing to have your child take this exam, a refusal letter, signed by the parent, must be brought to the Middle School main office NO LATER THAN 10am on Friday, May 9th. Due to the work to properly prepare for these exams, refusal letters after this date or those sent by email or phoned in, will not be honored. Absences do not constitute a refusal and will need to be made up as the State has now mandated a full month absence window for these exams. Please remember, a refusal letter for ELA or Math does not cover Science. A separate letter will be needed for each exam. Thanks for your understanding and cooperation in this matter.

Attention Parents of students that plan on attending this years prom on Saturday May 17th: We will be running our 2 or more failure list for the five weeks on Wednesday May 14th. Any students on the 2 or more failure list will NOT be allowed to attend Prom. Students are also required to be in school for a full day on Friday May16th, if they plan on attending prom. The only exception will be if a Dr. note is provided for the absence.

Attention Middle school Parents: Math state testing is next Tuesday and Wednesday. Students are required to come to school Monday with their chromebooks and chargers , labeled to turn into Homeroom . Thank you for your cooperation and help with this matter.
