Attention all Residents in the Northern Adirondack School District:
Locations: Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic and its safety requirements we will be holding our Annual Budget Vote and Board Elections at only one in-person location (NAC Middle/High School). The Annual Vote and Board Elections will be May 18, 2021 from 12noon until 8pm. Absentee ballots may be requested through the District Clerkâs Office.
Petitions: If you are looking to run for the Board of Education, petitions can be found on the District website (https://www.nacs1.org/) on the main page under the Board of Education tab, then the Budget 2020-2021 option, followed by the Board Member Petition 2021 file. Petitions can also be picked up at the District Office during regular business hours 8am- 3pm. Petitions are due by the close of business on April 19, 2021.
Address: If you currently receive your mail at a P.O. Box, you most likely will not receive our budget mailings. This is due to the fact that the Board of Elections only uses physical addresses for their elections. This is the list we use for our School Budget Vote. If you would like to receive district mailings please email your information to the District Clerk at brlabombard@nacs1.org or call the District Clerk at 518-594-7060 ext. 2501.
