Children 5-12 years old for first dose: (96 available)

Buses will be provided as a shuttle service from the Churubusco Fire Station, the Altona Town Hall, and the Lyon Mountain American Legion parking lots with a pick up time of 9:45am and a return time when all who rode have completed their vaccination process.
